Overview

Creatr by Aeone, a SaaS product, seeks a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager Intern.

 

Creatr, is on the mission to build the world's largest influencer database and influencer marketing management platform that helps content creators and talent agencies better manage their creator business as well as connect with brands for influencer marketing campaign partnerships.

Key Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will build relationships with Content Creators and Talent Agencies, identifying and implementing key sales and marketing strategies, and onboarding users to the platform.

 

This role will be responsible for:

  • Drive adoption by onboarding the following users to the Creatr Platform: Content Creators, User Generated Content Creators, talent agencies, Influencers, Celebrities, newspapers, etc.

  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Aeone Creatr services.

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory to meet or exceed quarterly revenue and KPI targets.

  • Develop accounts concurrently & strategically. Be creative to drive platform adoption through new innovation initiatives.

  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts/users.

  • Analyse sales/metrics data from your territory to help evolve your strategy.

  • Create and implement sales programs and tools that increase performance within your territory.

  • Organize tutorials or demos with target users to drive adoption.

 

Please note the following eligibility requirements to apply for this role (Bachelor's and Master's students):

  •  Be graduating from Bachelor's or Master's degree program between 12/2025 and 6/2027 OR be a recent graduate from a Bachelor's or Master's program between 03/2024 and 09/2024 

  • Ability to complete a 3-month internship

  • If you are an international student, you must be eligible for CPT or OPT.

  • Be physically located in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, or Atlanta

Basic Qualifications

  • Familiar with social media marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing.

  • Ability to generate leads on your own and come up with creative marketing techniques

  • Interest in Software products (SaaS)

  • Work 10-15 hours/week throughout the course of a 3-month internship between October 15 through January 15

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program between 12/2025 and 6/2027.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record

  • Are a content creator or have strong connections to content creators/influencers

  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or related fields

  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication with a keen focus on delivering business results

  • Demonstrated track record in using data and metrics to make decisions and build scalable solutions

  • Ability to influence across all levels of an organization

  • Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
